ARTICLE 1 – DESIGNATION OF THE SELLER
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are concluded between, on the one hand, the soapmakers, SAS with a capital of €10,000 registered with the RCS of Aurillac under the number 899 747 646 00011, having its registered office at 11 rue Mazieux, 15590 Lascelle, and on the other hand, any person who has made a purchase on the site www.lespetitssavonneurs.fr, hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”.
Any purchase on the site www.lespetitssavonneurs.fr (hereinafter, the "Site") automatically entails acceptance of all of these conditions, which the Customer acknowledges having read before placing his order.
ARTICLE 2 – GENERAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO THESE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE (HEREINAFTER GCS)

ARTICLE 3 – PRICE
3.1 Selling price
All sales prices presented on the Site include all taxes. Each price of each product is indicated in euros. Sales prices do not take into account delivery and transport costs.
3.2 Modification of selling prices
SAS LES SAVONNEURS reserves the right to modify its prices without notice.
3.3 Fees
Additional costs such as delivery and transport costs are mentioned before the validation of the order. They are fixed on the order form.
All shipping costs, receipt fees, customs duties, possible taxes and any other duties and other related charges that are imposed when the package reaches its destination are the responsibility of the buyer and are his responsibility.
ARTICLE 4 – PRODUCTS

SAS LES SAVONNEURS offers cosmetic products for sale, allowing Customers to perform treatments. These products are only available to individuals.
SAS LES SAVONNEURS undertakes to provide Customers with all the elements necessary for the proper use of its cosmetic products, in particular a user guide for the baby routine.
SAS LES SAVONNEURS cannot be held liable for damage caused by improper use of the various products sold on its Site.
SAS LES SAVONNEURS reminds its customers that its products must be stored away from humidity, too high a temperature or too intense light and are subject to an expiry date. Products which have not been stored under the aforementioned conditions will therefore be excluded from the warranty.
4.3 Compliance
The products sold by SAS LES SAVONNEURS comply with the requirements of French law in force relating to the safety and health of persons.
4.4 Availability
The products are offered within the limits of available stocks.
In the event of unavailability of the products ordered, SAS LES SAVONNEURS undertakes to inform the Customer immediately and to proceed with the refund.
4.5 Resale of products
The resale of LES PETITS SAVONNEURS products is not authorized without a written, express, prior and contractual agreement.
The repackaging of LES PETITS SAVONNEURS products for resale under another brand is not authorized without a written, express, prior and contractual agreement.
ARTICLE 5 – ORDER
5.1 Order process
The Customer fills a virtual basket with the products he has selected. He can then check the details of his order. The Customer can then click on the "Order" button and add information relating to the delivery method and the payment method.
The Customer will then receive an email confirming receipt of the order by SAS LES SAVONNEURS.
5.2 Modifying an order
SAS LES SAVONNEURS reserves the right to accept or not the modification of a Customer's order after its confirmation.
5.3 Validation of an order
The order is validated when payment has been received in full by SAS LES SAVONNEURS.
ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT

6.2 Secure payment
The site www.lespetitsavoneurs.fr is equipped with an online payment security system. The Customer's bank details are encrypted and are not kept by SAS LES SAVONNEURS.
6.3 Verified payment
In the event of abusive practices and or fraudulent appearance, SAS LES SAVONNEURS reserves the right to carry out checks on orders, and to request certain documents and information concerning the Customer in order to validate the order.
ARTICLE 7 – DELIVERY
7.1 Delivery costs
Delivery costs are explicitly mentioned before payment. The amount of delivery costs may vary depending on the delivery address of the order.
7.2 Delivery time
The delivery time depends on the delivery method chosen by the Customer. It depends on the place of delivery and the carrier.
The delivery times of an order include its preparation, its dispatch and its delivery to the delivery address indicated by the Customer.
Delivery times are indicative and represent our best estimate. Any delays in delivery do not in any way give the buyer the right to cancel the sale, nor to refuse the goods or to claim damages. 7.3 Place of delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order.
7.4 Product compliance
Under no circumstances can SAS LES SAVONNEURS be held responsible for any deterioration of the products due to their late collection from the carrier. Packages that must be represented on delivery following an error in the information provided by the buyer, will be the responsibility of the buyer.
7.5 Extended Producer Responsibility

ARTICLE 8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has a right of return for fourteen days from the delivery of the order, in order to request an exchange or refund of any product that does not suit him.
If the last day of this period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day. The buyer is entitled to cancel his order during this period. This cancellation is effective as soon as he returns the goods, at his expense.
The products must be properly packaged so as not to suffer any damage during transport. They must be returned by postal parcel against signature, in their original packaging and in good condition, suitable for their remarketing and accompanied by the original invoice. They must not have been used.
Upon receipt and after a quality control of the goods, SAS LES SAVONNEURS has a period of 30 days to reimburse the customer or make an exchange if the buyer so wishes. The buyer does not have to justify his change of mind. In the event of a refund, the value of the returned products will be refunded to the buyer, excluding the initial transport costs. In the event of an exchange, the shipping costs of the new shipment remain the responsibility of the buyer.
In accordance with the provisions of articles L.221-28 and following of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may in no case be exercised for goods which have been unsealed or used by the customer after delivery and which cannot be returned. for reasons of hygiene or health protection, such as personal hygiene products and cosmetics.
ARTICLE 9 - RESPONSIBILITY
LES SAVONNEURS cannot be held liable if the non-execution or the delay in the execution of one of its obligations described in these general conditions of sale results from a case of force majeure.
There is force majeure in contractual matters within the meaning of article 1218 of the Civil Code when an event beyond the control of the debtor, which could not have been reasonably foreseen at the time of the conclusion of the contract and the effects of which cannot be avoided by appropriate measures, prevents the performance of its obligation by the debtor.
The seller, in the case of the online sales process, is only bound by an obligation of means; LES SAVONNEURS cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other involuntary problems.
The seller disclaims all responsibility for the use that the buyer will make of the products. In no way do the comments and information provided on this site constitute a treatment recommendation (preventive or curative), a prescription or a diagnosis, nor should they be considered as such. SAS LES SAVONNEURS assumes no responsibility for the consequences that the use of this information may have.
The seller undertakes to exchange any defective or damaged product at his own expense. This warranty does not include any failure related to abnormal use or storage of the product through negligence or fault of the consumer.
However, items that do not correspond to the customer's expectations must be returned in new condition in the original packaging. All the visual, sound or textual elements visible on the www.lespetitssavonneurs.fr website are the exclusive property of SAS LES SAVONNEURS. Any reproduction or representation of the SAS LES SAVONNEURS brand is prohibited.
LES SAVONNEURS® and LES PETITS SAVONNEURS ® are trademarks registered with the National Institute of Industrial Property.
ARTICLE 11 - PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is collected by SAS LES SAVONNEURS when an Order is placed or when a personal account is created by the Customer. When placing an Order, certain personal data must be provided by the Customer and collected by SAS LES SAVONNEURS. These are the Customer's surname, first name, email address, postal address and telephone number.
This personal data is subject to automated processing for the purposes of managing the Order and the customer base, as well as commercial prospecting, and for statistical purposes. The language in which these Terms are written is French and they are subject to French law, regardless of the nationality of the customer and the place of validation of the order.
